Logie Easter is a civil parish in Easter Ross in the Highland area of Scotland. It is bordered by the parishes of Edderton and Tain in the north and Fearn and Nigg in the east. The Balnagown River on the south forms the border with Kilmuir Easter. It extends about 7.5 miles from east to west.

Noviomagus is a Latinization of a Brittonic placename meaning "new plain" or "new fields", a clearing in woodland. The element Cantiacorum is a modern coinage that distinguishes it from other places with the name Noviomagus. The area includes the 16th century Grade II listed Nos 1, 2 and 3 Moorgate Farmhouse and adjoining barn and shippon buildings. Boundary cottages mark the boundary between Stalybridge and Mossley and the historic boundary between Cheshire and Lancashire. Modern Housing was built on Huddersfield Road in the 1970.
