Preston Plucknett is a suburb of Yeovil in Somerset, England. It was once a small village, and a separate civil parish until 31 March 1930, when it was absorbed into the neighbouring parishes of Yeovil, Brympton and West Coker. It was listed in the Domesday Book of 1086 as "Preston" when its lord was Ansger of Montacute. In the 13th century, Alan de Plugenet was lord of the manor and added his surname to Preston. Foley Park Halt was the first stop on the GWR Kidderminster to Bewdley loop line which now forms part of the Severn Valley Railway. It was located in the Kidderminster suburb of Foley Park where the railway went under the A451 Stourport Road. Heaton Park is a public park in Prestwich, Bury, Greater Manchester, England, covering an area of over 600 acres (242.8 ha). The park includes the grounds of a Grade I listed, neoclassical 18th century country house, Heaton Hall.
