Totamore Dun is a dun located at grid reference NM17625713; near the settlement of Totamore, on the Inner Hebridean island of Coll. It occupies the summit of a rocky boss, on the eastern edge of the sand-hills located 300 metres north of Totamore. The dun is well protected by cliffs up to 19 metres ; although the approach from the north-northeast is almost level. In Anglo-Saxon England, Snape was the site of an Anglo-Saxon ship burial. Snape is now best known for Snape Maltings, no longer in commercial use, but converted into a tourist centre together with a concert hall that hosts the major part of the annual Aldeburgh Festival.

Burroughston Broch is an Iron Age broch located on the island of Shapinsay in the Orkney Islands, in Scotland. The site overlooks the North Sea on the northeast part of Shapinsay. Excavated in the mid 19th century, Burroughston Broch is still well-preserved. The drystone walls are up to four metres thick in some parts and there is a complete chamber intact off the entrance passage. Some remains of stone fittings are evident in the interior.

It is a tidal island that used to be connected to Shapinsay. It is still possible to walk across from the mainland during very low tides.
